Refund Policy

Digital Mavverick Inc. sells downloadable digital products. If a purchase isn't the right fit, you may request a refund within 30 days.

1. 30-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to the Launch Kit. Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record is Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@digitalmavverick.com with your order reference and we will assist you.

Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and quickly.
